Maradona Shop is operated by OSO Enterprises Kft. (trading as Crescera One), subject to the following Terms and Conditions as set out below.
Note on oversize garments: you acknowledge that garments labelled as oversize are not standard-size garments and that you (the customer) are responsible for ensuring that you have selected the correct size.

The Website operates globally and may offer products, services, promotions, and content to customers in multiple countries and territories.

3. Definitions
For the purpose of these Terms of Service:
Customer means any individual or entity that accesses, browses, registers with, or purchases from Maradona Shop.
Consumer means a natural person acting wholly or mainly outside that person's trade, business, craft, or profession.
Website means maradonashop.com and all associated domains, pages, content, and services.
Products means any physical goods offered for sale through the Website.
Digital Content means any downloadable, electronic, or digitally supplied content.
Order means a request submitted by a Customer to purchase Products or Services.
Services means any service offered through the Website.
We, Us, Our, and Crescera One refer to OSO Enterprises Kft. (trading as Crescera One), the operator of Maradona Shop.

7. Pricing
Prices are displayed in the currency shown to you at checkout. For consumers in the European Union, prices are shown inclusive of applicable VAT.
Additional charges may apply, including shipping costs and, for orders shipped outside the customer's customs territory, import duties, customs charges, local taxes, and government fees. Where such charges apply, they remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Maradona Shop reserves the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders affected by obvious pricing mistakes.
8. Orders and Acceptance
Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order is considered accepted only when payment has been successfully authorised and a shipping confirmation has been issued.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, payment issues, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or shipping restrictions. Where an order is cancelled after payment has been received, a refund will be issued.
9. Payment
Payment must be received in full before products are dispatched. Accepted payment methods will be displayed during checkout. All transactions are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Maradona Shop does not store complete credit card details. Fraud prevention and identity verification measures may be implemented at any time.
10. Customer Accounts
Customers may choose to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining password confidentiality, restricting access to your account, and ensuring account information remains accurate. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility.
11. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by customs clearance, public holidays, carrier delays, weather events, supply-chain disruptions, and other circumstances beyond our control. Risk in the Products passes to the consumer upon delivery. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Full delivery details are set out in our Shipping Policy.
12. Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Consumers)
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the goods, or of the last good where an order comprises multiple goods delivered separately.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement sent to info@maradonashop.com. You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (except for any supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earliest.
You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised, or to sealed goods unsuitable for return on health or hygiene grounds where the seal has been removed after delivery.
Nothing in this section limits any more generous return rights offered voluntarily under our Returns Policy.
13. Legal Guarantee of Conformity
Where required by law, products are covered by the statutory legal guarantee of conformity. Consumers in the European Union are entitled to a minimum two-year legal guarantee in respect of goods that do not conform to the contract of sale, in accordance with applicable EU and national consumer law. This guarantee is provided free of charge and is independent of any commercial guarantee. Your statutory rights are not affected by these Terms.
14. Returns and Exchanges
Maradona Shop aims to provide high-quality products and customer service. Eligible products may be returned or exchanged in accordance with our Returns Policy. Returned products must generally be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, in their original packaging, and with tags attached. Additional conditions may apply to limited-edition or promotional items. This section does not affect your statutory rights, including the right of withdrawal set out above.
15. Oversized Garments
Certain garments are intentionally manufactured with an oversized fit. By purchasing an oversized garment, you acknowledge that oversized garments are designed differently from standard apparel, that product measurements and size guides should be reviewed carefully, and that you are responsible for selecting the size most appropriate to your preferred fit. If uncertain, customers should contact customer support before purchasing.
16. Intellectual Property
All content appearing on Maradona Shop is protected by intellectual property laws, including logos, trademarks, product designs, photography, artwork, videos, written content, website design, and digital assets.
The Diego Maradona name, image, likeness, signatures, trademarks, and associated intellectual property remain protected and may not be reproduced without authorisation. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without prior written consent.
17. User-Generated Content
Where customers submit photographs, reviews, testimonials, comments, or other content, they grant Maradona Shop and Crescera One a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free licence to use that content for promotional and marketing purposes. We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maradona Shop and Crescera One shall not be liable for indirect losses, consequential losses, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunities, data loss, or reputational damage. Our total liability in relation to any claim shall not exceed the value of the product or service purchased. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including a consumer's mandatory statutory rights.
19. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. The collection, use, and storage of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Website, you consent to the processing of your information as outlined in that policy.
20. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
We are committed to resolving customer concerns promptly and fairly. Complaints should be submitted to info@maradonashop.com. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 14 business days and to work towards a timely resolution.
If a complaint cannot be resolved directly, consumers resident in the European Union may be entitled to refer the matter to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body. A directory of national consumer dispute-resolution entities is maintained by the European Commission at https://consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/dispute-resolution-bodies. 21. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Hungary. Where you are a consumer habitually resident in another country, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of consumer law in your country of habitual residence. Should a dispute arise, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith discussions before pursuing legal action.
22. Changes to These Terms
Crescera One reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Updated Terms will be published on the Website and become effective upon publication. Orders placed before a change takes effect remain governed by the Terms in force at the time of the order.
