Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through the official MARADONA Online Shop, operated and managed by Crescera One

All orders are processed in cooperation with our global fulfilment partners to ensure fast, safe, and reliable delivery worldwide.
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
  • European Orders placed Monday to Thursday before 15:00 (CET) shall be dispatched same day. Orders placed after the cut off time shall be processed the new working day (Monday - Friday).
  • During high-demand periods (e.g., collection launches), processing times may be slightly longer.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: 2–7 business days (free via USPS Ground Advantage). UPS Next Day available for US$29.99.
  • Canada: 7–10 business days (free standard shipping).
  • Mexico: 7–14 business days
  • Argentina: 7–14 business days
  • Europe: 2–9 business days (depending on location)
  • UK: 3–4 business days
  • Australia: 5–7 business days (priority delivery only)
  • Rest of World: 5–8 business days (priority delivery only, free shipping over USD $150)

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, local customs clearance, and postal service conditions. Express/priority delivery times will differ. Not all destinations will have both priority and standard shipping available.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
Occasionally, promotional periods may include
free worldwide shipping such offers will be clearly displayed on the Website.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

If an order is refused due to unpaid customs duties, the cost of return shipping and any additional fees may be deducted from your refund.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or countries restricted by trade sanctions.
If an order cannot be fulfilled due to shipping limitations, we will contact you to arrange a solution or refund.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your parcel does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact Info@MaradonaHGL.net with your order number.
We will work with our logistics partners to locate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Payment Terms:

Payment types accepted include Visa, MasterCard and other major credit cards. transactions will be billed in the currency shown to you at checkout. You will need to submit your credit card at the time the order is placed on the website, a confirmation email is sent to confirm goods purchased and value of the order. An invoice can also be viewed via your account profile on the Maradona Official Store under order history.

If items on your order are available online and are ready for dispatch, we will process payment for the Goods (plus any delivery charges) using your nominated credit card. You authorize Maradona Official Store and to debit the order value amount from your nominated credit card.

If your nominated credit card is declined by your financial institution, we will not be able to guarantee the delivery of the Goods, and may contact you to make alternative payment and delivery arrangements.

We may decide at any time not to accept payment from you by credit card for any reason. If we decline to accept payment, we will not process the Order and contact you to inform you that your Order will not be processed. We may process this Order or further Orders if you make a payment.
