At Maradona Shop, operated by Crescera One, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges in accordance with the policy outlined below.

Returns Eligibility

You may return most new, unused, and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.

To be eligible for a return, products must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • Be returned in their original packaging
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be free from damage, stains, odours, or signs of use
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Maradona Shop reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Items That Cannot Be Returned:

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Personalised or customised products
  • Limited-edition products identified as non-returnable
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, washing, or alteration
  • Hygiene-sensitive items where protective seals have been removed

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under applicable consumer laws.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return request:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@maradonashop.com
  2. Include your order number and reason for return.
  3. All returns are processed through our dedicated returns platform.
  4. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA).
  5. Ship the product(s) to the address provided using a trackable shipping service.

We recommend retaining proof of postage until your return has been successfully processed.

Return Shipping Costs:

Unless otherwise required by law, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Maradona Shop will cover return shipping costs only where:

  • The incorrect product was supplied
  • The product arrived damaged
  • The product is defective or faulty
  • The error was made by MaradonaShop or its fulfilment partners

Refunds:

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days following approval.

Please note that additional processing times may apply depending on your bank, credit card provider, or payment platform.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Exchanges:

Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time the return is received and processed.

If your requested replacement item is unavailable, we may offer:

  • An alternative size (where available)
  • Store credit
  • A refund to the original payment method

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at:

Once assessed, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to you.

Oversized Garments

Certain Maradona Shop products are intentionally designed with an oversized fit.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and size guides before purchase.

Returns based solely on fit preference may not be accepted where the sizing information provided accurately reflects the product dimensions.

If you are unsure about sizing, please contact our customer service team before placing your order.

International Orders:

For international orders, customers remain responsible for any:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • Government charges
  • Brokerage fees

These charges are not refundable by Maradona Shop.

Where a shipment is refused by the customer due to customs charges, any refund may be reduced by shipping, return freight, customs, or administrative costs incurred.
